Step 1: Enter Your Bee Codes
Enter the bee codes found on your scratch cards. Only the scratch cards where you find a bee under the scratch area are valid for rewards.

Step 2: Validate Your Codes
Click “Validate Bee Codes” to verify your codes and reveal your reward.

Step 3: Confirm Your Redemption
Once your reward appears, click “Confirm Reward Redemption” to finalize your redemption.

Step 4: Receive And Copy Your Discount Code
Your one-time-use discount code will be emailed to you. You can also copy it directly from the redemption page.

Step 5: Apply Your Code At Checkout
For reward tiers 1–3, add the qualifying reward item to your cart, then enter your discount code in the discount code box at checkout.
For Tier 4, $50 CAD off your order, you can use your code with any items in your cart.

Help, It Says My Bee Codes Are Invalid

• A minimum of 2 bee codes are required to claim a reward
• Only scratch cards where you found a bee under the scratch area are valid
• Make sure you enter the code exactly with no extra characters or spaces
• If you have an older card, I might need to add it into the system. Please message or email me and I will do that for you.

The Reward Redemption Failed

• You have 10 minutes to finalize the reward redemption after validating the codes. If the time has expired, you can validate the codes again and then redeem the reward.

I Forgot to Copy The Discount Code

• The discount code has also been emailed to you at the email address you entered into the form. Please check there

The Discount Code Is Not Working At Checkout

• For reward tiers 1-3, please make sure you have the qualifying items in your cart before applying the discount code
• For reward tier 4, please make sure your cart total is at least $50CAD before applying the discount code
