Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped. You can reference the announcement bar at the top of the website for the current processing time.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- Domestic: All provinces and territories within Canada
- International: Select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
United States Orders
Orders shipped to the United States are not subject to tariffs, duties, or import taxes. Because our products qualify under North American trade rules, U.S. customers will not be charged any additional fees beyond what is shown at checkout.
International Orders (Outside Canada & the U.S.)
Orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot control or predict these fees, nor are we responsible for delays caused by customs.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If this affects your order, we will contact you for an alternative address.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit, but we will help file a claim with the carrier if needed.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package:
- Check with neighbours or building management
- Verify the shipping address
- Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages early)
- Contact the carrier directly
If you still cannot locate your package, reach out to us and we will assist however possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.
